While learning the fundamental aspects of designing space and using Rhino as a second semester, first year student; this project explores shape, figural space, geometric organization, and solids vs. voids.

Abstractly aggregated primitive shapes and part-to-whole relationships are translated into a formalized system using Boolean operations and the constraints of 18" x 18" x 18" cube. Multi-directional planes create the organic and experiential qualities of a grotto.
