My interest in animals, nature, human expression and cultural diversity is seen in my drawings and paintings. The multifaceted dimensions of art present endless possibilities and a constant challenge due to the vast aspects of life that can be depicted on a canvas. Art can be interpreted universally; my art consists of relatable images through which I express my emotions, conceptualize thoughts and make tangible my ideas and visualizations.

Drawing and painting has heavily influenced my decision to study architecture. My architectural work investigates colors and patterns that can be found within nature, as well as projected through light and shadow. Enhancing and manipulating color provides a new interpretation and reading of the image that can translate realism into abstraction.
